In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, the JL688 Parties' liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall the aggregate liability of the jl688 Parties exceed the amount you paid to jl688 in the six (6) month period preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

8.1 Complaints and Internal Dispute Resolution

We will investigate and respond to your complaint within ten (10) business days. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent arbitration does not apply or is unenforceable, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines for resolution of any legal disputes. PAGCOR regulatory authority supersedes these Terms in the event of any conflict between these Terms and PAGCOR regulations.

9. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, severed from these Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jl688 regarding your use of jl688 services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.
